The products offered on this Website are available for delivery primarily within the United Arab Emirates (hereafter referred to as the “Delivery Zone”). Orders with a delivery address outside the Delivery Zone may still be accepted but will incur an additional shipping charge, which will be communicated during the checkout process.

General Conditions of Purchase
Placing an Order
To place an order, visitors may either register as a user on the Website or proceed as a guest without registering, by completing the corresponding online form available on the Website and following the on-screen instructions. To complete a purchase, visitors must add the desired product(s) to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process to submit the order.
Farhood Perfumes sells products on the Website exclusively to consumers for personal use. Products are not intended for resale, commercial use, or professional purposes. Prices and offers displayed on the Website are valid only for online orders placed on the Website and may differ from those offered by other distributors. All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. For orders in other currencies, a manual conversion will be applied by Farhood Perfumes at the time of purchase.
By confirming an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Website serves as proof of all transactions between Farhood Perfumes and its customers. Farhood Perfumes will store and provide access to the electronic document formalizing the contract.
After completing a purchase, Farhood Perfumes Customer Service will send a purchase receipt by email within 24 hours. A paper invoice will be issued once the order leaves our warehouse and payment is confirmed. The invoice can be downloaded via the “My Orders” section under “My Account.” Please note that invoices cannot be modified once issued, except in cases where corrections are permitted under applicable law. Invoices will be issued in the name of the individual or company placing the order, so it is important to provide the correct details when placing the order.
Product Availability
The range of products displayed on the Website is valid while the items are listed and provided that Farhood Perfumes has sufficient stock. As with all e-commerce platforms, stock levels are updated online, and it is possible for a product to go out of stock during the purchase process. In such cases, the transaction cannot be completed.
If a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, Farhood Perfumes will contact you to provide alternatives, offer a new delivery date, or cancel the order if the product cannot be delivered. Farhood Perfumes reserves the right to modify the products listed on the Website at any time without prior notice. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to provide a satisfactory alternative to our customers whenever possible.
Order Confirmation
Once you confirm your order, it will be sent to Farhood Perfumes for processing. Orders cannot be modified or canceled except in circumstances permitted under these Terms and Conditions or as provided by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By confirming your order, you fully accept all Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent to you after submission.
Payment Methods
Prices for Farhood Perfumes products are listed in AED by default and include all applicable taxes. Farhood Perfumes reserves the right to modify product prices on the Website at any time without prior notice. Invoicing will be based on the prices displayed on the Website at the time your order is confirmed, subject to product availability.
We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, and MasterCard. Payments made through the Website are processed online by the corresponding banking institution, which is responsible for securely storing and handling payment information, including card details. Your order will be processed once the payment is successfully completed.
For orders placed in other currencies, Farhood Perfumes applies a manual currency conversion at the time of purchase.
If any of the products ordered are unavailable (see Product Availability), Farhood Perfumes will contact you to offer alternatives or similar products. Should you choose to cancel the unavailable items, the amount for these products will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
Product Delivery
Delivery Address
Products purchased on this Website can only be delivered within the Delivery Zone. Any delivery address outside the Delivery Zone may incur additional charges or be rejected during the order process. Orders using a PO box as the delivery address cannot be processed. Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the order within the Delivery Zone.
Delivery Terms
Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is free of charge and typically takes 2–3 business days within the UAE. Please note that remote locations may require longer delivery times, depending on our delivery provider.
Express 4-Hour Delivery (Dubai only): Express delivery is available only in Dubai and guarantees shipment within 4 hours for orders placed before 5 PM. For orders under AED 300, a delivery fee of AED 50 applies. Orders of AED 300 or more are eligible for free express delivery. During festive periods, peak shopping seasons, or public holidays, express delivery may experience delays or be temporarily unavailable.
Outside the UAE: For deliveries outside the Delivery Zone, shipping times may vary significantly depending on the location and can take from 1 week up to 2 months. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery Issues
If your express order is delayed due to an operational error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund of the express delivery fee. To request a refund, contact info@farhoodperfumes.com within 24 hours of order placement and provide your order number. Refunds do not apply to delays caused by incorrect delivery information, force majeure, festive periods, peak shopping seasons, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. The maximum refund will be limited to the amount paid for express delivery.
If you do not receive your product or if standard delivery is delayed by more than four business days, contact info@farhoodperfumes.com.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date or pickup location. Upon delivery, please check the shipment and note any discrepancies (e.g., open package, damaged merchandise) on the delivery note, then contact us via the “Contact Us” section of the Website. Ownership and risk transfer to the recipient upon acceptance of delivery.
Returns
Certain products, such as engraved or customized items, made-to-measure products, or items altered in any way, cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied with products purchased exclusively from the Website, including fragrances, body mists, aerosols, and skincare, you may return your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, complete the Return Form and email it to info@farhoodperfumes.com.
Products must be returned unopened and sealed, in their original condition, with complete original packaging, including any accessories or promotional gifts (if applicable). After submitting the return form, contact us so we can arrange carrier pickup.
Farhood Perfumes reserves the right to determine whether products have been returned in their original condition. Incomplete, damaged, opened, or used items will not be refunded and may be returned to the sender at Farhood Perfumes’ discretion.
Farhood Perfumes is not liable for loss, shipping delays, or incorrect addresses during returns; you assume the risk of your chosen shipping method. Keep proof of return (e.g., certified mail receipt).
If you exercise your right to return, Farhood Perfumes will refund all payments received, including shipping costs, within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. This right applies only to purchases made on the Website and not to in-store purchases.
Intellectual Property
This Website is an original creative work protected by intellectual property laws. The Website and all of its elements are the exclusive property of Farhood Perfumes. Any reproduction, representation, or modification, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
